Production Process
1. Material Preparation
Raw stainless steel sheets and coils (201/304/316 grade) are inspected for material composition and surface quality before entering production.
2. Laser Cutting
Digital fiber laser cutters precision-cut stainless steel plate to exact dimensions. Parts are nested from CAD layouts to maximize material yield.
3. CNC Bending & Welding
CNC edge bending machines create precise angles and shapes for linear drain bodies. Automated and manual welding ensures strong, clean seams for drain body assembly.
4. Stamping
High-tonnage hydraulic presses and progressive dies form drain bodies and grates in a single hit, giving consistent geometry across every batch. Machining stations add precision threading where required.
5. Polishing & Finishing
Dedicated polishing lines achieve the desired surface finish — brushed, polished, or PVD-coated. Each product undergoes visual inspection for surface quality.
6. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Final inspection covers dimensional verification, flow testing, and surface quality checks. Products are then shrink-wrapped, boxed with custom branding, and prepared for shipment.
