Production Process
1. Material Preparation
Raw stainless steel sheets (201/304/316 grade) are inspected for material composition and surface quality before entering production.
2. Laser Cutting & Stamping
Digital laser cutting machines precision-cut stainless steel to exact dimensions. Stamping presses and 3000-ton hydraulic presses form the drain bodies with consistent quality.
3. CNC Bending & Welding
CNC edge bending machines create precise angles and shapes. Automated and manual welding ensures strong, clean seams for drain body assembly.
4. Polishing & Finishing
Dedicated polishing production lines achieve the desired surface finish — brushed, polished, or PVD-coated. Each product undergoes visual inspection for surface quality.
5. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Final inspection includes dimensional verification, flow testing, and surface quality checks. Products are then packaged with custom branding and prepared for shipment.
